Does the hostname in both the places (when you test from sicf or direct link) is same?
Also when you get the popup for credentials. If you click cancel what does it shows.
Also check whether all the required notes are applied for the SP level of your SAP_UI add on
SAP Fiori - UI Add-on SP14 notes list, SAPUI5 library 1.28.23
