Thank you for pasting screen shots appreciate the same.
As per my understanding the categorization fields do not get copied automatically to the next transaction when creating a follow up transaction. You need to assign a routine for the same.
Can you check if you have assigned any coping routine for the categorization fields to be copied from the Incident to the Problem Transaction, check my screen shot below.
The customization is defined under CRM-Transactions-Basic Settings-Copy Control for Transaction types- Define Copy Control for transaction types.

In the schema which is created in crm web ui can you check if you have included the incident and problem in the application area's separately. Check my screen shot below.
