Hi Swaroop,
Two APIs : YouTube V3 API and Google+ API are both needed for the import, from the error it seems you only have the YouTube V3 API enabled for your project. Please check if you have Google+ API as well. As such, the data that is fetched via Google+ API might be missing in the imported Social Media Activities.
In case that's not the situation, please raise an incident with SAP so that we can access the system and troubleshoot further.
