As your price was zero (hope initial price control as S and price as zero), 521/601 movement type will not create any accounting entry in that case. May be that's the reason it is not showing any amount in LC in MB5B. Now you have updated the price from MR21 and system has updated the closing value.
Can you check accounting entry for any one of those documents which is showing zero value.
