Thanks for the response and I agree what you are pointing.

But In my case I would like to adapt the fields from Territory not from the account. I am able to adapt the fields from account but not from the Territory. you look at the first screen shot for reference, product Brand and Product Type are additionally added, those are not available in the decision table configuration.
