Unable to contact the server

Hello

 

I am using Lumira Desktop and uploading to Lumira Cloud. With the change in Lumira 1.29 to not support lumira cloud, i downgraded to 1.28 and now to 1.27 and still have an error message saying:

 

"Unable to contact the server. The website appears to be down. Try again later"

I checked the user name and password., and was ok. Checked in preferences > network > Proxy > No proxy and SAP Lumira Cloud URL ; https://cloud.saplumira.com/ and both are correct

 

I had the same issues with Lumira Desktop 1.28 and 1.27 in diferente networks and same result. Any suggestions?
