You need to contact your BC admin.

You are missing SICF services activation.

You need to go to SICF transaction then activate those 3:

WDA_FCLM_BAM_HIERARCHY

WDA_FCLM_BAM_BANK_DATA

WDA_FCLM_BAM_ACC_MASTER
