How to trigger for manager approval if employee trying to change/delete approve leave request in ess

Hello All,

We are experiencing major issue for approved leave request in ESS Leave request portal.

Issue : initially it was working fine. But now its not working . Once approved the leave request , Again employee is trying to change/Delete the approved leave request. In this case we need to trigger for Managers approval.But with any approvals its deleting the approved leave request.

Please help or suggest how we can handle this in configuration level or any Badi implementation.
