Hi,
What i understand is you have created an inbound service and maintained communication arrangement, but the password is get cleard off ,
And you have created Outbound service to invoke this inbound service.
SRTUTIL is the backend transaction where you could see more info on the error occured.
When you enter password for inbound service and save it, your password won't be cleared, it would be saved.
There is no change in communication arrangement check in 1602, please recheck.
The error message doesn't seem to be related to password, try to reactivate your services, if you still get error raise ticket.
