yes we observed the same problem in BI 4.1 SP7 and now as well in BI 4.2 SP2.
We have opened an incident regarding this issue at beginning of december 2015. Since end of december the problem is processed in the development team. No Information update since then despite of escalating the problem....
Very unhappy with this, because by clicking on the report instances the refresh on open function Comes into play. This will affect the performance not only for the webi processing servers...
This means for us that we have to change all reports where this option is set. This is the only Workaround for the problem.
