Getting error like 500 response URL while publishing a contarct to ECC

Hi Expert,

One contract which having more than 1000 line item getting published to ECC.

It is taking very huge time and returning the  error message  message

But once I see in ECC the changes has been already reflected which was done in CLM.

Please kindly provide your suggestion.
