We have set up PO messages for transmitting the PO as PDF file through External send for the Supplier (Partner Function - VN)
This set up is working fine now, so that after the PO release is completed, an Email will be send to the Supplier for the Purchase Order with the PO PDF copy attached in the email.
Now, we have a requirement, whereby the same kind of PO PDF copy email is required by different teams, like the Expeditors team (Internal), Freight forwarder (External) and the PO requestor (or PR creator - Internal). So in addition to sending the email as explained earlier to Vendor, 3 emails should go to these 3 parties as well.
Can we map this using the standard PO messages, which we are using above for sending email to Supplier. Only requirement is that these emails should trigger without any manual intervention by the Buyer.
