Its worked by changing Access levels.

we need to create two access levels for this.

1) First access level - In General Editobject and Edit object that users own mark it Not specified.        also in Content/web Intelligent/General Rights for Web Intelligence mark Edit object and Edit              object that users own mark it as Not specified.

2) Second Access Level- In General Edit Object(Not specified) and Edit object that users                     own (Grant) also in Content/web Intelligent/General Rights for Web Intelligence mark as like below
