Hello HT,
I could think of it with a formatting trick quite easy.
1. Pull the Salesman and Sales from dataprovider1 and rename the header as you want them.
2. Pull the needed objects from dataprovider2 i.e. Salesman and targer in the report.
3. On the second Block go to Format Table Option uncheck Table header option as shown in first screen shot attached.
4. Next go to layout tab and configure the relative position based on Block1 as shown in second screen shot attached.
This will produce the layout as you need with little effort.
