Hi Susana,
To get the Screen Number, when you're within the Infotype 2 area, go to the top of the screen and click on System -> Status. Within this Status screen, you'll be able to see the Screen Number and the Module Pool will be under Program. 
Also, which country does this particular pernr belong to?
