Initally businesss gave 71 940 , and I enteted them incorrecly as +ve number , I should have entered as -ve -71,940, anyways... then they said it was not 71940 , it was 178 , and then they said it was
163 .... now they have come back wth the final number as 71, 940
Below is what I had entered
AAA1 4XXXX 1200 000001 71,940,000.00
AAA1 4XXXX 1200 000001 178,820,000.00-
AAA1 4XXXX 1200 000001 163,880,000.00
with the above data already in the system what should I do
Should I just enter , just -71,940,000 and leave it
or
Should I be entering as below ?
AAA1 4XXXX 1200 000001 71,940,000.00
AAA1 4XXXX 1200 000001 71,940,000.00-
AAA1 4XXXX 1200 000001 71,940,000.00-
