Re: Forwarded Workitem in SBWP INBOX not appearing at the TOP

The creation date is the date the workitem was created, forwarding the workitem does not change this.

Users can set the priority of the workitem to the highest priority when forwarding so the workitem line will appear red in the inbox of the receiving user. also you can add the field "forwarded by" to the inbox display and sort by it so forwarded workitems will appear on the top of the display.
