Sorry for the incomplete comment.
I have used {INV5.WTCode} <> "CW5" formula in running total for Vat. It does compute the unsuppressed amount under the line or customers which has suppressed amount. But my problem is it is not computing the running total for customer which has no suppressed amount as shown in the picture that I have posted.
Vat formula is {OINV.DocTotal} - {OINV.VatSumSy}.
