I am not quite sure why you are using PT64 to check Absence Quota deduction :-?
You should check directly in IT2006 which I have captured and sent in previous reply.
One more point, you are running the report with period 01.12.2015 to 31.12.2015 and Jan16 separately, so definitely SAP will split the absence accordingly. If you select period from 01.12.2015 to 31.01.2016, SAP will shown all your absence from 30.12.2015 to 05.01.2016 together.
If you are not happy with the standard SAP report you can raise and request SAP to change, but I don't think they will do because you are using a wrong way to check Absence Quota deduction.
As I said earlier, if you configure Absence Quota deduction period until 31.01.2015 for Y2015 Absence Quota, your cross Dec-Jan absence e.g. 30.12.2015 to 05.01.2016 will be deducted from Y2015 Absence Quota. It is the SAP standard behavior. I hope you will do more investigate before posting such a kind of question.
FYI you can check the below useful document http://scn.sap.com/docs/Doc-3061.
