If this is a delta Infopackage, then you may not need to exclude any docs at all. Running the delta Infopack after the 3-day disconnect will bring in all the docs that were modified/created in that 3-day interval.
So you will not get a record through the DS unless there is a change - in which case you would want the record to go up to the cube anyway.
If you still feel there is a need to exclude docs in the DTP, could you explain why?
