Hi Erik
Right beside the green play button there is an arrow that offers you with options for where to execute your Design Studio application. Choose Execute on NW Platform.
Your default browser will open with the Design Studio URL. You can use that URL to access your dashboard from Portal, Fiori, SharePoint, etc.
Keep in mind users need to be authenticated in order to be able to access your DS App.
Finally, as mentioned by Tammy, keep in mind not all new DS capabilities will be available on NW Platform.
