You can find the component on service marketplace at the path Installations and Upgrades -> 'S' -> SAP SMART BUSINESS FOR ERP -> SAP SMART BUSINESS FOR ERP 1.0. Now on the right hand side of this page under RELATED TOPICS FOR SAP SMART BUSINESS FOR ERP 1.0 click Support Packages and Patches -> Entry by Component -> HANA Content Project Systems -> HANA CONTENT HBA PS S 100 -> #OS Independent -> SAP HANA database. Here you will find the HCO_HBA_A_PS_S component available SPs.
