Hello Dell
It is Windows 7 and Windows 8. I have found it to be a problem with the new fonts installed with the Windows update KB3102429 which was released only a week or so ago. I know that Crystal 9 is out of support but many of our clients still rely on this feature in Crystal 9 and are reluctant to spend money to upgrade as it was happily working till last week. Is this something I should direct towards Microsoft/Adobe as well?
