Good morning to all my fellow ACA'ers!
We just completed testing with the latest notes and here is what we have now. Would someone answer me to let me know if A. these are an issue, B. will they be fixed or C. I need to fix these myself?
1. After the latest notes, new hire line 16 is showing 2D on month hired. We need it to be 2C, we do not have a waiting period. Is there a plan characteristic available that will not use 2D? This worked prior to the notes.
2. We noticed that if the pre-hire action was done the month prior to hire action, the month of the pre-hire line 14 and 16 is blank. Example: Employee pre-hired in February, hired in March. Line 14/16 for January is good, February is blank, March is good.
3. In Part III prior to the notes, the covered box for insurance was checked for term month, after notes, this box is no longer checked. We offer coverage until the end of the month on term date so this should be checked.
4. Issue when employee changed their name (created two lines on Part III for employee with different months checked off).
5. 1095B - Employee who has IT167 high dated to end of the year shows line 8 with a B but employee with a mid year end-date on IT167 the B is missing. Anyone else having that issue?
