Hi Amanda,
Check Internet Options settings in Internet Explorer under Multimedia.
If this doesn't work, try clearing your temporary Internet files.
To clear temporary Internet files in IE
- Open the desktop, and then tap or click the Internet Explorer icon on the taskbar.
- Tap or click Tools button
, and then tap or click Internet options.
- On the General tab, under Browsing history, tap or click Delete.
- In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, clear the Temporary Internet files and website files check box.
- Tap or click Delete, and then tap or click OK.
If this doesn't work, try resetting your security settings.
To reset Internet Explorer's security settings
- Open the desktop, and then tap or click the Internet Explorer icon on the taskbar.
- On the Security tab, tap or click Default level, and then tap or click OK.
Still not resolved,
Try to add that link in Compatibility sites list.
After doing all this if issue still exists, post the screenshot.
