Try these styeps:
1) See if the following folder exists: C:\Program Files\SAP Lumira
2) If it does, delete it
3) See if the following folder exists: C:\Users\I<use ID>\.sapvi
4) If it does, rename it (.sapcixxxx)
5) Right click on the install exe and select "run as administrator"
6) Keep your fingers crossed
