1. Please elaborate in detail on your method of delivery creation. Are you using Service Parts Management with auto delivery creation? Are all your availability checks being done in ECC?
No I don't use Service parts management, it's standard configuration for auto delivery creation once it released. "As per attached below"
2. Why have you elected to ignore other STO requirements in your ATP scope of check configuration? Also, are there no Purchase Req requirements that must be considered?
I configured it based on customer requirements, we are not use purchase requisitions anymore, and no need to select any other documents to be considered.
3. Please show a screen shot of the scope of check for Deliveries.
It's the same one which I attached above with different checking rule.
