There are predefined set of visibility processes exist in SAP TM -> SAP EM.  You can copy those and create Z event according to client requirement but you may custom those events.  You have to follow one of set of visibility process (check how it has done) based on client requirements and create all Z events.  If somebody wants to give, it would be like below document with prefix of "Z***" and extras custom logic.  So, you can refer those and post here if you stuck anywhere to help you out.
