The error must be due to the absence type configured in T554S with no TCC.
In T554S, an absence/attendance type needs to have a TCC value.
TCC is between infotype records; and where configured between IT/Subtype.
TCC will be checked for records with all absence types having one TCC value against the absence type records with the TCC of same or other value.
For example, if absence types 1100, 1120 have TCC 01 and 1200, 1260 have tcc 02, the checking will be
a)for both 1100 & 1120, the TCC will be checked based on V_554Y_B config for 2001/01 against 2001/01 - i.e., if there are 2 records for the same date then the reaction for 2001/01 - 01 is used.
In V_T554Y - for 2001/01 - TCC string - The non-blank part corresponds to the rows when you double click in V_554Y_B for 2001/01.
When V_554Y_B is being configured, care needs to be taken, so that you do not exceed 50 rows for one infotype / one TCC value, because the TCC string in V_T554Y has 50 char limit.
